The lord gives Moses some more specific instructions about what to sacrifice on the various festivals laid down on the Israelite calendar. Each one is different, but the basic theme is that God really likes the smell of burning cow meat.
Rules are also formalized for dealing with oaths and vows made by women. Obviously men have to keep their words, but if a woman makes a vow, her father or husband has the opportunity to forbid it. If the head of the woman’s household hears her vow and does nothing about it then it stands under the law, but if he hears it and forbids it, then it’s undone. Never happened.
